Cookie Notice
This site uses a single, strictly necessary cookie, set only on the contact page while the form is in use. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Short answer
The only cookie on this site is uxn_sid, a session cookie set on the contact page to protect the form against forged submissions. It is limited to the contact page path and is not used for tracking.
On this page
The cookie we use
| Name | Purpose | Where | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| uxn_sid | Links your form submission to a security token so forged submissions can be rejected | Contact page only | Browser session; server-side data expires after about two hours of inactivity | Strictly necessary |
The cookie is set only when the contact form is displayed. If the form cannot be shown, for example because the mail service is temporarily unavailable, the page shows our email address instead and sets no cookie at all. Two flags protect it: HttpOnly keeps page scripts from reading the value, and Secure limits it to HTTPS connections. It uses the SameSite setting Lax.
What we do not use
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, social media, session recording or personalization. We do not load third-party scripts, fonts or embedded content that set their own cookies. The free tools on this site do not use cookies, local storage or any other browser storage.
Why no cookie banner
Cookie banners exist to ask for permission for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Because the only cookie on this site is strictly necessary for the security of the contact form, and is set only when you choose to use that form, there is nothing to ask permission for. If we ever add a non-essential cookie, we will update this notice and ask for your choice before setting it.
Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its settings, typically under privacy or site data. If you block cookies entirely, the contact form may report a security error when you submit it. In that case, email hello@uxnotivo.online directly; it works without any cookies.
Similar technologies
Beyond cookies, websites sometimes use local storage, pixels or fingerprinting to recognize visitors. This site uses none of them. Our server keeps standard logs, described in the privacy notice, which are not used to track individuals across sites.
Changes
Any change to how this site uses cookies will appear here first, with a fresh date at the top.
How the cookie is created and removed
When you open the contact page and the form is available, the server starts a short session and sends the uxn_sid cookie to your browser. The session holds a random security token and the time the form was shown, which lets the server reject submissions that did not come from the form or that arrive implausibly fast. After each submission, the token is replaced with a new one, so an old copy of the form cannot be reused.
Nothing in the session is used for any purpose other than protecting the form.
Other pages and our free tools
Visiting the home page, guides, services, legal pages or tools does not set any cookie. The browser tools keep your entries only in the open page, in memory, and lose them when you close or refresh it. We chose this design on purpose: tools that store nothing cannot leak anything, and they do not need consent prompts.
If you are reviewing this site for a privacy assessment, you can confirm this yourself by opening your browser's developer tools, clearing site data and browsing any page other than the contact page. No cookies or storage entries will appear.
Cookie questions
Does the cookie identify me?
No. It holds a random identifier that links your browser to a security token for the form. It does not contain your name or email address, and it is not shared with anyone.
Do the tools remember my work?
No. They store nothing in your browser. Export your work as a text file before you close the page.
Do the sources linked from guides set cookies?
This notice covers uxnotivo.online only. When you follow a link to an outside source, such as a regulator or a law firm, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Is the cookie set on every page?
No. It is set only on the contact page, and only while the form is shown.
