Agreement

Using uxnotivo.online means accepting these terms; anyone who disagrees with them should stop using the site. The terms can be revised, and the date shown above marks the current version. Carrying on with the site after a revision counts as accepting it.

Using the site

You may read, share links to and quote short passages from the content on this site, with a link back to the source page. You may use the free tools for your own work and for work you do for others, and the text you export from the tools is yours.

You may not copy whole guides or pages for republication, present our content as your own, attempt to disrupt or overload the site, try to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use automated means to submit the contact form.

Guides are general information

Our guides explain usability research methods and summarize rules and standards from cited sources. They are general information, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Rules change, and how they apply depends on your circumstances. Before acting on a topic that involves law, tax or regulation, consult a qualified professional.

We work to keep the guides accurate and current, as described in our editorial policy, but we cannot guarantee that every statement is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.

Free tools

The journey mapper, audit checklist and improvement planner are provided free of charge and as is, without warranties of any kind. They run in your browser and do not store your entries. You are responsible for saving any work you want to keep. The tools help organize your own judgments; they do not assess your site, and their output should not be treated as a professional audit.

Illustrative content

Some pages include illustrative content, such as the journey card on the home page, mockups and the sample audit report. These are labeled as illustrative or fictional and do not describe real clients, results or data.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, code and tools on this site belong to Uxnotivo or are used under license. Our typefaces are open-source fonts used under the SIL Open Font License. Third-party names and standards mentioned in the guides belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any endorsement or relationship.

Guides point to outside sources so that readers can verify each claim. Those sites run independently of Uxnotivo, so their accuracy, uptime and data practices are their own responsibility.

Paid projects

Research, audit and related services are provided under a written quote and agreement for each project, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, data handling and governing law. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement applies to the project.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uxnotivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, its guides or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Accounts and submissions

The site has no user accounts. When you send us a message through the contact form or by email, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share anything you include, such as screenshots or reports. Please do not send personal data about your own customers, confidential information you are not allowed to share, or anything unlawful. We may ignore or delete messages that are abusive, automated or plainly unrelated to our services.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and the tools working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including a guide or a tool, at any time. If a tool you rely on changes, the text you exported earlier remains yours to use.
